Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on seiberach.com.

1. Who you buy from. Sei Berach is a trading name of ADG Lifestyle, 530, Sahakar Marg, Jaipur 302006, India. Email hello@seiberach.com, phone and WhatsApp +91 8426 000 888.

2. Your order. Your order is accepted when we email the confirmation. For made-to-measure pieces, work starts when we have your measurements.

3. Measurements. You give us your measurements and we make the piece to them. Our fit promise (see the refund policy) covers a piece that does not fit as ordered.

4. Colours and handwork. Our pieces are made by hand. Colours can look slightly different on screens, and embroidery varies a little from piece to piece. This is not a fault.

5. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices for future orders, never for an order already paid. Payment is taken when you place the order.

6. Delivery, returns and cancellations. See our shipping policy and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Our designs. The photos, text and designs on this website belong to us. Please do not copy them.

8. Liability. We are responsible for losses you could foresee that are caused by our breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur have jurisdiction. If you live in the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of UK consumer law and may bring a claim in the UK courts.

10. Changes. We may update these terms; the version in force when you ordered applies to your order.
