How it works

From a photo on your phone to a sherwani cut for you in Jaipur: six steps, and we are on WhatsApp at every one of them.

1. Choose your piece

Browse the sherwanis, indo-westerns and kurta sets, or shop by occasion. Every piece on this site is made after you order, in Jaipur. Not sure which? Our guide How to choose a sherwani for your wedding covers colour, fabric and timing.

2. Pick a size, or made to measure

Order in your chest size (32 to 50 in), or choose Made to measure for a small extra charge, shown when you select it. If the piece is for a date, write your wedding or event date in the box above the Add to cart button and we tell you at once if we cannot make it in time. Size guide and how we measure.

3. We measure you, from home

After you order we send you a short measuring video and a form on WhatsApp. You measure yourself, or ask a friend, and send us the numbers. We check every one with you before we cut; nothing is cut until you confirm.

4. Made in Jaipur

Your piece is cut by hand and embroidered by karigars whose families have worked these motifs for decades. Made and dispatched in 8 to 10 days.

5. Shipped tracked, duties paid in the USA

We ship by tracked express courier and send you the tracking link by email and WhatsApp the day it leaves Jaipur. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days to the USA, the UK and Canada. Shipping is free to those three countries. US orders: all import duties are paid by us, nothing to pay at the door. Canada and the UK: customs may charge tax and duty on delivery. Shipping policy.

6. It arrives

Try it on. If it does not fit as ordered, show us on a short video call within 30 days of delivery and we pay $40 (£30 in the UK) towards a local tailor; nothing to ship back. If we made it wrong, we remake, repair or refund it. Refund policy.
